Truth! The way we raise our kids transcends on so many individual and societal levels. Meditation has done wonders for me and I’m sure if I was exposed to this when I was younger, I would have seen life totally different. While I have no regrets for things that have happened in my life, the thought of meditating at an earlier age puts a smile on my face #itsjustdifferent #meditation #spiritualityrocks
